Grant Apps
The grant applications are all Word docs with the exception of the conference applications, which are online surveys. For the Word docs, click on a link and save it to your computer. For those applications that require signatures, you can fax or mail it to the Teacher Center. Our fax is 716-376-8438. For those that don’t require signatures, just email it to catcdirector@yahoo.com.
Conference Applications (maximum $200 grant):
These are online surveys. Since we don’t check these every day, you need to contact the Teacher Center once you’ve completed it. Our dedicated staff of conference specialists will check it and get back to you!
